Screwed by regulation, taxes, licensing for everything.<br /><br />Just one example of large corporations screwing the little guys was the BS about small gas station owners having to pay an avg of $80k to have their gas storage units reworked per the EPA. The little guys couldn't afford it and had to sell out.<br /><br />The EPA was operating as the thugs for the oil companies takeover of the independent stations.
