Comment: I understand this is an off topic issue, but many may be unaware of this legislation.
Very Important for you to be aware of a new bill HR 45 introduced into the House. This is the Blair Holt Firearm; Licensing; Record of Sale Act of 2009.
Even gun shop owners don't know about this because the government is trying to fly it under the radar.
To find out about this go to any government website and type in HR 45 or Google HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing; Record; of Sales Act of 2009. You will get all the information.
Basically this would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:
- It is registered
- You are fingerprinted
- You supply a current Driver's License
- You supply your Social Security #
- You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing
- Each update - change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25 - Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail.
- There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18.
- They would have the right to come in and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison.

Crossing the line in the sand....100,000,000+ gun owners, 5% are awake? That's 5,000,000 against? Based on what I am seeing, and conversing with other gun owners, even if there are foreign troops attempting to confiscate our guns, they will have a major problem. Not a good tour of duty for the foreign troops who may be here to confiscate American citizen's guns.
ReplyDeleteI have spoken to various gun owners, dr's, elderly, technitians, farmers, college students and more. 100% said they will NEVER give up their guns and they are willing to die rather than give up their 2nd Amendment rights. This is NO B.S.! People are pissed off and they are NOT going to take it anymore!
I think we are talking 50% of gun owners are willing to fight to their death defending their 2nd Amendment Rights.

ReplyDeleteI cannot believe what is happening. I am absolute furious about what is being done to our constituion in the present and prior administration. When persons like me who blend in, college educated, tax paying attorney, who reacts with thought and not emotion are sitting here thinking WILL I HAVE TO DIE TO DEFEND THE CONSTIUTION OR DIE BECAUSE SOMEONE TRY'S TO INFRINGE ON MY FAMILY'S LIBERTY, it is very real. Everyday americans (not just the so called "extremists" which group becomes larger everyday) are PISSED and I am one of them. Tears actually come to my eyes thinking about what I and my fellow countrymen may have to do to preserve the tree of liberty. I DIE before i let them take my guns. I am afraid of my government (not muslims) and want a gun to deter them from wiping their asses with my constitution. It is that deterence which in my opinion is the basis for our right to bear arms even more so than to repel foreign invaders.

ReplyDeleteI agree with Jacob 100%. If they come to my door to take my firearms, there will be a shootout. The MSM will portray me as a right wing gun nut that deserved to die. Maybe in 100 years they will erect a statue in my honor as a patriot that would not bow to tyranny, but instead, died to preserve liberty.
