Stock Market Bull Trap Heading for a 50% Crash to 5,000
At the risk of getting ahead of myself prior to being able to confirm the turn, I am suggesting stock market action over the past week bears the distinct odor of a bull trap, with even informed technicians still waiting for a push to 50% retracements on the indexes. In this respect then, you should realize the context of such a bull trap would be profound in that we are talking about the March lows being tested and violated, meaning for example the S&P 500 (SPX) could be on its way down to test its namesake at 500 before this next sequence is all over.

  1. Slowly but surely all store inventory gets reduced until there's almost nothing left.
This way, when the store declares bankruptcy, their creditors won't get much.

  2. Plus selling their inventory and not paying back their employee collected taxes are the last grasp - then it is over.

  3. They actually told the truth and stated the reason for the shipping woes was a refusal of banks to make loans. They didn't really explain that though.

Firms that run month to month take out monthly loans to buy merchandise. When these firms could not get loans they did not have the means to buy merchandise from the shipping firms.

    Therefore, the bankers caused this.

    End the Fed!

  5. Oh, boy! So true!

I am from Greece and while our shipping magnates 2-3 years ago were swimming in billions of US dollars, thanks to the Baltic Dry Index bubble, now they not only have liquidity and debt problems, they also cancel any further purchases from the Korean, Japanese and Chinese shipyards.

Here in Greece we're going to face the same images with abandoned tankers and carriers like in late 1980's to early 1990's. And also an economic Depression.

  7. Anonymous 9:21, the U.S. will collapse in time. The U.S. dollar index is at a support level of 75. Once it goes below 71, the dollar will crash.

What could have and should have been done with the wealth of this country is a cryin shame, they have totally looted and have shaken almost everyone down and they won't be happy till they have taken your last penny and have left you rendered totally powerless.
