Historically about 1/3rd of Americans do not file income tax and only 15% of illegal aliens file. That has cost government about $500 billion a year. Americans are fed up and more are becoming non-filers and more are underestimating or hiding income. It is essentially a tax revolt. Why do you think federal revenues fell so precipitously? People are sick and tired of taxation without representation. They are also outraged at the bailout of banks, Wall Street and insurance companies and a few crumbs for the average American.
They also realize that America’s debt will never be repaid, that they will have hyperinflation and that the dollar is collapsing versus other currencies. In time the public will discover gold, but that will happen as the depression goes further forward.
We have already entered the inflationary spiral again. Its force will depend on the strength of the deflationary undertow and the monetization of monetary aggregates. Make no mistake higher inflation is on the way and probably hyperinflation. It will also be affected by a break down in the tax system as well. The trio leads to economic, financial, social and political dysfunction.

ReplyDeleteI'm one of them. Of course it is stressful when I get nasty letters from the IRS demanding payment. Asking them to show me the law that requires me to pay taxes helps. They tend to fall silent on the matter.
ReplyDeleteI'm just so fed up, and want it to be over. I know something extremely positive is coming, but the old needs to die first.
I've been a tax accountant for 10 years now and have always loved my job. This year, I have NO motivation and I do not want to be preparing taxes this year. I think it's going to be depressing and frustrating like nothing I've seen before.

This is what we in Canada should do - stop paying taxes. Boot those a$$holes in power to the curb. Soon they will tax our farts - as carbon dioxide emission.

You can't pay the IRS what you don't have, just another excuse for them to steal your home and possesions,gold and silver are fine, but I believe that lead is the up and coming precious metal ! I'm all outta gold and silver, but what I do have is plenty a lead !

ReplyDelete1/3rd sounds a little high, but I do have friends that have never filed a Federal return in their lives. I file every year, never cheat, and comply like a moron.
More power to those who don't pay. No pride in paying a fake slave tax.
I think Jordan Maxwell summed it up nicely. Yes, it is an unconstitutional unapportioned tax with no law to back it up. Yes it is a complete fraud ... But don't pay it and they will follow you to the Amazon forest to get it, toss you in jail, etc.
Those that stayed on the grid from the beginning are the ones that can pull it off it seems.
