Americans Passive as Jobs, Homes and Families Are Lost

Why are Americans passive as millions lose their homes, their jobs, their families, their hopes of justice, and the American dream?

Why do Americans remain disorganized at home while their European and Asian counterparts flood into the streets and strike in militant, organized protest? Why do others believe in their potential to reclaim their lives while we do not?

What happened is a result of at least five major, interrelated forces. One is a transformation of American morality, and with it the loss of belief that the social and political realms could be shaped by morality, ethics, and secular spirituality. Another is an economic depression. A third is a transformation of the family, which has been the foundation of American emotional life. A fourth is the decimation of Americans' social participation in all areas, from bridge clubs and PTAs to political parties. A fifth is the tranquilizing and numbing of the American population with psychotropic medications.

  2. I think the real problem is that most Americans are too self-involved, not as in the way of a philospher or serious thinker, but more like too in love WITH THEMSELVES.

A good word for this is a narcissistic culture.

  3. Getting more and more tempting to walk away. Especially when the banks are given trillions of your tax dollars in bailout for sloppy lending. They loaned money to any person with a pulse driving the bidding wars. I wouldnt feel nothing but freedom from walking away from a devalued property. Concern for the poor wreckless bank will never cross my mind.

  4. It also has to do with the status quo and most Americans are obedient to their masters, whether it's at work or anywhere else. People here feel that to survive you have to completely give in to the system. Some theorists have surmised that this may in fact almost be a psychological dysfunction; if you have psychopathic and narcissistic people in charge, the people who follow them become more like them too to fit into this society.

  5. Psychotronic drugs, flouride, chemtrails, poisoned food, HAARP, media, psychology. All the tools are constantly doing their assigned jobs. We are indeed a populace of non-thinking sheep and as a group we have no chance. Our usefulness as a billy club may be used just one more time, for WWIII and mass destruction of life, but then we will be disposed of like the sewage we have become.

  6. Problem:
Man! I'm pushing this giant wheelbarrow piled sky high with bricks but I can't quit because I got 5 of my owm bricks in there! And everywhere I go there's a man in a suit tossing more bricks on to the pile.

    Solution:
Time to make my own self directed bailout: say goodbye to my 5 bricks and let the lardasses in suits push their own wagon.

Wisdom is in realizing when to walk away.
    Free the slaves!!!!

  7. 11:34 If you have not watched the Century of Self videos yet you should. Explains how the elite social engineers designed our social structure and way of thinking for total control. We are indeed nothing more than ants in a glass ant farm.

Their psychological tools, materialism, need to be accepted and alike, religion, all used against us.

We are nothing more than economic slaves living within a clandestine empire. All the drum beating and politics is just for show, to give us the false impression of freedoms. We have none.

  8. 11:34 this is the link that would be a better start. Freud and his daughter Anna and how they showed our government how to use our infinite desires and wants against us.

This is documented, historical fact. Psychoanalysts first worked on getting us to CONTROL our feelings, but then the government stepped in and used their knowledge to use our own desires against us.

That is why Americans will do anything, accept any lie, to protect their status quo.

  9. Deport all the dotheads!

  10. 11:32 you hit the rail on the head.

It is only themselves to blame. Americans are lackeys and should be deported or detained. Time to clean out the sewage as 12:06 said.

  11. We are the way we are via deception and inflicted delusions, not because we are 'stupid.' This was all by design.

  13. and when unemployment hits 30% and we have hyperinflation, where a gallon of milk will cost $15.00 one day and $17.00 the next, you'll see the MSM instructing people to go to the nearest FEMA center for food and shelter, and the sheeple will go willingly. The ones who stand up and say (the shepherds) "don't go" will be branded as conspiracy wackos and UFO watchers.

The banksters and other "investors" will buy foreclosed homes and commercial properties for pennies on the dollar. Nothing like buying an ocean front mansion for $30,000.

  17. enon. 7:26- "if the american people ever allow the private banks to control the issuence of there currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow uo around them will deprive the people of their property, until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered" You said it good, but this is a little better!

  18. 11:32, 12:06, 9:19: I couldn't of said it better! We are finished as a nation; it went downhill with NWO agenda before I was born, after the Fed Res act(1913) then Dewey and NWO educ. agenda (1930's); then the league of nations, now the UN (l945 on) My parents generation didn't stop it, and neither did mine (born in the 40's & 50's) The youth will spit on the graves of their elders and hate them when (and if) they see this country has fallen into the abyss of hell.

  20. This country will turn around some day, to it's former glory........long after all of us are pushing up daisies,LOL.

All we can hope for right here and now is that we either don't suffer too much, or we die a quick and painless death.

I don't see much else to hope for unless we have a huge uprising and the banksters, elite are somehow exposed for what they are and the sheeple awaken from the slumber

  23. 3:44 I would hope you're referring to the bankers rather than your own friends and family.

  24. 3:44 Makes judgments on others, casting the first stone, yet he or she is probably just as "guilty." Listen up! The American people, the only thing they are guilty of is being PASSIVE. It's the bankers, the elite, and the gov. who are the real bad guys here.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Oh brother. Don't take his/her comments so personally. There is certainly truth to that. If you cant see that you are being blind. Sure, but ALL the blame on the elite. It goes perfectly well with the apathetic, guiltless generation.

    ReplyDelete
  26. 4:46 anyone lining up to willingly overpay by 3 to 4 times what a shack is worth is the bad guy.
There is no excuse for foolishly and selfishly flushing our childrens future down the toilet.

Ya it's hard to look in the mirror and accept the twisted little dwarf looking back but truth is what it is.

Big brother and his banker whores flashed us the house porn and we salivated and masturbated.
Now it's time to clean up after ourselves.
Painful as it is we are accountable.

  27. Frankly, I am glad the average Joe has the option of strategic default. Congress has made declaring bankruptcy easier for Joe Sixpack while bailing out Wall St.

This is probably an unintended consequence that they failed to perceive when they made bankruptcy tougher.

  28. In our country, we have breastfed CEOs and we also have little kids without health insurance.

  29. I meant to say "Congress has made declaring bankruptcy HARDER for Joe Sixpack while bailing out Wall St."

Sorry for the typo. Is there an editor who will correct the original post?

  30. Americans became unbalanced! The jesters (entertainers, sports entertainers), those who once had a job to amuse us or off with their heads, NOW make more than our Commander in Chief or our President! School teachers went from teaching reading, writting, and arithmatic making peanuts to union, cost of living raises, less than 9 months of work to $$$$ cash dollars. Magistrate Judges who take a crash course for a month, get certified, win an election make 80 grand a year, get 12 years in office and you have a life time pension! Reagan our union busting past leader forgot to bust down the teachers union! Lotty scratch off tickets are a joke for endless hope at high odds. Inflated tobacco prices, inflated electric prices, inflated real-estate property, inflated gas, oil, food, clothing but no increase to your pension or social security checks. Unemployment checks, extensions after extended unemployment in hopes to jump start the economy, bank bailouts for poor management, auto bailouts, more money sent over the ocean to pop up wars that seem to go on and on with no end in sight. Friction with Iran and North Korea open to war talks, which means more money foreseeable to spend. Take away the credit cards and most people would be devastated if they couldn't spend their imaginary money day after day by worrying about payment later at a high interest rate! Has the organized crime lords seeded into our daily lives? Our present politicans should have said, VOTE FOR ME SO I CAN GET RICH QUICK! At least be honest about why you want to be elected, it doesn't take long to become one of the good ole boy's or girls when mega bucks are fanning your way to vote the way someone wants you to! UNBALANCED, everything is......! Good paying jobs went to other country's!
