WikiLeaks' Most Terrifying Revelation: Just How Much Our Government Lies to Us

Do you believe that it is in Americans' interest to allow a small group of U.S. leaders to unilaterally murder, maim, imprison and/or torture anyone they choose anywhere in the world, without the knowledge let alone oversight of their citizens or the international community? And, despite their proven record of failure to protect America -- from Indochina to Iran to Iraq -- do you believe they should be permitted to clandestinely expand their war-making without informed public debate? If so, you are betraying the principles upon which America was founded, endangering your nation, and displaying a distinctly "unamerican" subservience to unaccountable authority. But if you oppose autocratic power, you are called to support Wikileaks and others trying to limit U.S. Executive Branch mass murder abroad and failure to protect Americans at home.
These two issues became officially linked for the first time when former U.S. Afghan commander General Stanley McChrystal explicitly stated that the murder of civilians increases rather than decreases the numbers of those committed to killing Americans, and actually implemented policies -- since reversed by General Petraeus -- to reduce U.S. murder of civilians. McChrystal said that “for every innocent person you kill, you create 10 new enemies." By so doing he made it clear that killing civilians is not only a moral and war crimes issue, but -- in today's interdependent world -- also threatens U.S. national security.

  1. People gave the same advice in WW II. Don't fight them when they come for you those camps are just to prevent the German citizens from harming you. Don't worry about the lack of food you will look good when you slim down. Ignore that smell and the smoke I'm sure their just burning trash. Don't go to war to stop Hitler you will just piss them off and they will kill you. Put down your arms and embrace the enemy I'm sure they mean you no harm.

  2. They have lied to us as a matter of standard operating proceedure. Should we be surprised?

So I'm listening about the "good news" about the drop in unemployment and the fact that an average of 90,000 new jobs a month were created. They failed to mention that we need 300,000 new jobs every month just to catch up. Just another form of a lie.

And we're supposed to believe that a bunch of guys with box cutters, took down the Twin Towers?

Failed to tell us just who is the ilegal ,agressive ,"hitler" in the world here.

It seem to me ,its the rest of the world that has to worry about the results of appeasing the hitler like behaviours of a rabid criminal beast.

Hitlers nationalistic empire problem was that he attempted to take on the more democratic countries of the whole world, for stealing their land and resources in attempt to set up and maintain a cheap labor empire for the "Homeland"
Using "The big" lie technique .

Hitler bit off more than he could chew.
In the end he was defeated by the whole civilised world.

"McChrystal said that “for every innocent person you kill, you create 10 new enemies."

Not so , billions of the worlds people are fast turning against the new empire, that thinks it has the right that it can kill ,rendition torture ,burn and loot throughout the whole world with impunity .

With Its military bases ,troops occuping counties from korea to afghanistan ,its preemtive blitskreig like 'shock and Awe' wars supposedly justified by its own 'self defence" and right to empire for its assassintating drones.

Indeed the empire is creating a stink of burning flesh pervading the whole world.

Particulary since the 'false flags" big lies 9.11 and anthrax events were set up to create a paranoid "anti terrorist" 'homeland" america at war with the peoples of the third world.

    No No No!
    3.07.
    Get american real!
The official 9.11 "investigated facts" conspiracy theory is that it was planes and burning aviation fuel that melted structural steel in the twin towers without using any explosives or box cutter knives at all.
it just looks like an explosives event.

    This is official American truth!

still I personaly believe that the boxcutter knives of the 19 ‘arab’ supermen did play a dastardly role in the plot though, because they fell from the planes onto building 7 ,thereby destroying that building too and enabling it to collapse at free fall speed.

Perhaps ,owing to the power of Allahs will in overcoming the laws of physics and gravity.
How else can the collapse of building 7 be explained?

So, the box cutters dun it to building 7 not to the twin towers!

  5. "big fucking deal. this is not new. all governments around the world lie. "

    Just so!

But not all DEMOCRATIC governments can lie about and cover up false flag attacks on their own people as an excuse for a ‘self defence” wars of terror against other countries and for suppressing any internal opposition or criticism of "conspiracy theorists" behind a MSM wall of paranoid patriotism.
to "protect" the american way of life

So there are lies and the fear creating “Big lie’Goebels method of propaganda.

But of course there are historical “big lie” precedents for setting up a Corporate State.

    For example
Hitler had his Gestapos ,Faked up a blaming the Commies and Jews plot, the burning down the Reichstag (parliament ) incident ,“an attack on democracy” ,as an excuse for permanent “state of emergency” rule by monarchial style dictatorial executive order type laws .

Of course the burning of the Reichstag was later “officially investigated” by the Nazis that “proved” no Gestapo involvement, but proved that it was an obvious attack on Germany by people who “hated freedom and democracy” ,against thatattack of course, Hitler would be ready to fight to the end to protect the "German" democratic way of life.
