US GIVES CHINA EMINENT DOMAIN OVER US?

USA DOUBLE CROSSED-SOLD OUT BY POLITRICKSTER CABAL
From Bob Chapman:
THIS PERTINENT SECTION BELOW OF THE INTERNATIONAL FORECASTER DATED WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2011, CONFIRMS A USA TENDER TO CHINA-A WRITTEN AGREEMENT GRANTING AN OPTION TO EXERCISE EMINENT DOMAIN WITHIN THE USA, AS COLLATERAL FOR CHINA'S CONTINUED PURCHASE OF US TREASURY NOTES AND EXISTING US

CURRENCY RESERVES.

Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.

This is an unimaginable betrayal of every man, woman and child in the USA. An outrage worthy of violent overthrow.

Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

  1. not buying this story. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. Before Land, would come remove of US miltary forces in Asia, and release of strategic interest is US, such as Oil fields in Asia controlled by the US (via US oil companies).

US still has a wildcard in its pocket, and that is food exports from the US to China.

Perhaps its eminent domain in the See of China, Taiwan and other regions close to China, but very unlikely in the North America.

  2. If this is true, I hope they get NYC, specifically Wall Street, or IOW the two most non-productive worthless cities and entities in the U.S.

If that's the case I'm all for this tradeoff.

  4. the last sentence...

"I am endeavoring to obtain images or copies of the actual document but in the interim, several different sources both in the US and in China have CONFIRMED this to me."

No actual sources are quoted or scans of original documents.

Posting this unsubstianted crap undermines your credibility. Next time, post stories with verifiable sources. There is enough David Booth garbage out there. You shouldn't add to it.

  8. Not buying this either... It's PURE fear mongering. Had this been real there would be an uproar so loud that would send people into the streets in every major city --the U.S. would come to a screeching halt.

  14. I saw this before in 2009 but then it died off. If this has been "debunked" but Bob Chapman, who is reported to have worked in the Intelligence business, posted it has fact, then I am pretty much done with what Mr. Chapman has to say about current events etc.

  15. Emininant Domain is just normal business ,just as a creditor legaly secures loans by claims on the backing of real world assets.Just like with a mortgage loan over a house all loans often have their "fine print" clauses .

So of course any debtor must make these arrangements.
And the US "house" is now the worlds largest debtor .
China with a couple of Trillions of dollars invested in America could still be a big help to an American government now in trouble with financing itself , its wars and services to the military industrial complex, welfare and pension obligations, now all stuffed up by past inflationary deficit spending that has created huge national dept problems.
Trillions of Dud AAA housing bonds were sold to the rest of the world too.

Debts that are too large to be serviced with interest ,that cannot possibly be repaid by government or insolvent businesses ,cannot and therefore will not be repaid.

Attempts to make good and fix these past debts and losses by bailouts , creating even more national debts with money printing ,are Central Bank insanity and will only make the debt situation worse.

After this current attempt to pay of old debts by devaluing the value of the dollar via money printing fails , America may be forced to default on its National debts if confidence in the dollar is eroded even further, by this crazy inflationary money printing of a fiat paper dollar in a bankrupt already insolvent economy.

The great Ponzi economy Era is over.

China should exchange its couple of $ trillions worth of investments in US dollars ,treasury ,Fannie and Freddie bonds ,now fast becoming inflated away in value, dud dollar investments, and use those paper dollars for a buy back of all the industry, factories , and other investment the US multinationals now own in China.

America then loses a large slice of its external debt obligations, avoids default and can then settle its own internal debt crisis problems between Americans themselves.

Easy, enough if it gives up its endless deficit spending for militarism and wars for imperialist empire, a major cause of its bankruptcy.
    Time for a fresh start!

As incomes on American property, its huge monopoly businesses and other income earning assets as well as most future incomes from debt to capital in the finance sector have been monopolized in the hands of that famous 1% Elite and its small population 10%sector of hangers on, a Debt forgiveness jubilee Year may be required, if Americans want to restore the opportunities for small business and real contract law rule by man not monopoly corruption , with non fiat real money as provided for in the old ,non corrupted constitutional set up.

Sounds fair and democratic to me .

The interests of the vast majority of people V. the interest of the Elite 1% monopolizing wealth .

  16. Debtors in ancient China ,Rome or Greece may have secured a loan by the ability of the Usurer to sell their daughter or even the debtor into slavery.

In Shakespeares “The Merchant of Venice”Shylock made his loans, but may have demanded his pound of flesh against repayment ,as the loan was voluntarily secured by contract law by the very body of the creditor .

What has America and the privately owned Central bank that prints American “sovereign money”, promised as security for its trillions of dollars owed by America to the foreign owners of Fiat paper, debt money, to Americas creditors?

American Physical property assets, even the future labor of the bodies of Americas debt slaves?

    Eminent Domain?

The Chinese and other Foreign investors do not have to do that themselves Physicaly .

Foreign Investors in Fannie and Freddie And dud sub prime bonds now rely on the US government to collect outstanding future mortgage dividends or to foreclose and sell up the houses for them.

most bankster issued mortgage bonds in "Free Enterprise" america are held by the government housing department at the Federal bank and its bankster cheap finance division supply , the US Treasury.
Since the Ponzi Debt economy collapsed ,the Government finances 90%(? "of of all Mortgage loans for the banksters .
So the government is on hook for any losses too.

The "incomes" from mortgage loans or from these often dud "Assets" bonds are Guaranteed by government to be paid for out of future tax revenues.

Privatise the profits and socialise the losses is how the system works in The government backed American Corporate State .

Any mortgage problems and the government mortgage owner will toss you out of "your" house Pronto .
So the banksters and any foreigner including the Chinese owning the bonds just have to sit back, relax and collect.
Thanks to the government agent.the bankster created housing debt collector .

  20. more apt that wealthy and co. deal in assets between each other in all and most any country. sell parking meters to sovereign wealth funds, toll roads to wealthy spanish companys, coal cheaply to china power. drives the price to play up..don't want to pay parking fee-don't drive downtown, notice in greece protesters blocked hwy toll booths because the tolls went up, see wisconson talking of selling the power supply companies, wonder if they'll charge lower rates, and just because the buyers has a US name doesn't mean the money interests behind the deal are from the US. but eminent domain, not in the traditional sense. UK sold a bunch of it's forest lands..who funded that, access allowed for the common man still? sales and leasebacks all over, doesn't AZ lease it's capital building, wonder if forest service due to lower funding is looking to sell fed land

  22. Do you see the flaw in this logic: the poor these rumors get posts the closer to the truth they are? No that just means that crap gets spread around on the internet. Case in point: he "beforeitsnews" website that consistently posts false information, yet it gets picked up and spread around the conspiracy sites like sexually transmitted disease.

  24. "Fannie and Freddie play a central role in our housing finance system and must continue to do so in their current form as shareholder-owned companies. Their role in the housing market is particularly important as we work through the current housing correction. The GSEs now touch 70 percent of new mortgages and represent the only functioning secondary mortgage market. The GSEs are central to the availability of housing finance, which will determine the pace at which we emerge from this housing correction. ...

OFHEO has reaffirmed that both GSEs remain adequately capitalized. At the same time, recent developments convinced policymakers and the GSEs that steps are needed to respond to market concerns and increase confidence by providing assurances of access to liquidity and capital on a temporary basis if necessary."

Uhhh... Irrespective of your opinion of snopes, the fact is that this exact rumour was circulating two yrs ago WORD FOR WORD. Only the dates have been changed in the newest version. It wasn't true in 2009 and it's unlikely that it's true this time.

I'm not exactly a hillbilly, and I have little respect for anybody who uses "LOL" in an argument, but thanks for trying.

  27. The point is, the rumour, i.e. the email which was circulating in 2009 is "word for word" identical to the rumour circulating now, but with different dates.

Do you really believe that "the written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton" in 2009, and AGAIN in 2011?

Anyway, you're either semi-literate, or a troll, or both.
