9. FRANCE-Home to Renault/Nissan, the company already has closed about 60 dealerships since 2007 as part of leader Carlos Ghosn's austerity program.
10. CHINA- carmakers are asking for government assistance, but they don't want cash to bail them out; what they seek are new rules
11.JAPAN- is officially in a recession and most all Japanese carmakers have slowed production of most models

ReplyDeleteGM bailout, GM bonuses for executives, GM higher benefits and salaries for Union works, GM government assistance this will be so much easier to understand by us taxpayers.
Don't like that, change it to Give You. GY shall produce better and more competitive products. Until that time comes I keep driving my Mercedes and my neighbor his BMW.
Please note that I would love to buy an American car again!!!
