At the end of the video, they keep asking him, what can we realistically do, not in a perfect world, but the way things are now? He tells them pretty much that the only thing they can do is let the market take its course and liquidate instead of letting the government buy things of no value which the taxpayers pay for and get nothing for it.
Then it's like they don't even hear him, and they keep asking, "But realistically, moving forward, what can they do?" They will accept no answer unless it involves a bailout.
