Potential For Fed To Hyperinflate

The following information may be the most important we have ever published. One of our Intel sources, highly placed in banking circles, tells us that on 1/1/10 all banks that have received TARP funds have been informed by the Federal Reserve that they must further restrict any commercial lending. Loans have to be 75% collateralized, 50% of which has to be in cash, which is a compensating balance.
The Fed has to do one of two things: They either have to pull $1.5 trillion out of the system by June, which would collapse the economy, or face hyperinflation. This is why the Fed has instructed banks to inform them when and how much of the TARP funds they can return. At best they can expect $300 to $400 billion plus the $200 billion the Fed already has in hand.
We believe the Fed will opt for letting the system run into hyperinflation. All signs tell us they cannot risk allowing the undertow of deflation to take over the economy. The system cannot stand such a withdrawal of funds. They also must depend on assistance from Congress in supplying a second stimulus plan. That would probably be $400 to $800 billion. A lack of such funding would send the economy and the stock market into a tailspin. Even with such funding the economy cannot expect any growth to speak of and at best a sideways movement for perhaps a year.
We have been told that the FDIC not only is $8.2 billion in the hole, but they have secretly borrowed an additional $80 billion from the Treasury. We have also been told that the FDIC is lying about the banks in trouble. The number in eminent danger are not 552, but a massive 2,035. The cost of bailing these banks out would be $800 billion to $1 trillion. That means 2,500 could be closed in 2010. Now get this, the FDIC is going to be collapsed before the end of 2010, which means no more deposit insurance. This follows the 9/18/09 end of government guarantees on money market funds. Both will force deposits into US government bonds and agency bonds in an attempt to save the system.

  1. Monday 11/30/09 - Everyone go to your bank(s) and withdraw all of the cash you can. Leave only enough in your account that you can afford to "lose" forever.

Get your money out before the bank runs start!

  3. the article started out well but ended badly (in the link). of course, it ascribed everything to the illuminati and the rothschilds in 1694. Does the author really think they were the first to produce bank notes and coins? How can he ascertain the goal was to rule the earth by 2010 back in the 1600's? The kind of freezing of the brain/thinking created by these internet (mainly on far right christian conservative websites) ideologies is extremely amusing from a sociologists perspective.

  4. 11:42 well the Bible thumpers believe everything in the bible, so I suppose you are NOT a bible thumper? The bible guessed what happened in the future. Many ideologists such as the group who wrote the "story" in the bible created followers, that produced what was preached in order to fulfill this prophecy. I have no reason to doubt that someone in the 1600's guessed what could happen today. Your theory is greatly FLAWED.

  5. This info has been posted on other web sites...this alone could cause bank runs...this is downright scary as many retirees are living off CD's and fixed income annuities to supplement SS. Laura

  6. The bible is nothing more or less than Astrotheology. All the stories take place not on Earth, but above us. It is simply the greatest story ever told. The story of the Zodiac. Jesus/Horus as the main character, the Sun, who makes his way through the one-year journey of the Zodiac. His first stop, Aquarius/John the Baptist. When you substitute SUN for SON, all the silly stories make perfect sense.

Delusion is a bitch. He dies at the Winter Solstice for three days then rises again. Yippee!! He's back. Then the whole year cycle starts again.

    The 12 tribes of Israel, the 12 (disc)iples, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12 - all the houses of the Zodiac.

It is very simple to see the delusion.

Religion was given to us by the same people who gave us central banking folks. Just nothing more than a system of control. All fake.

  7. Just because it is posted, does not make it real. I have looked for the new Tarp rules that the article quotes and cannot find any with these regulations. It's not real. This is hogwash.

  8. It's interesting to note that doomsday prophecies such as this one always have BUY GOLD connected to it. Enough said.

  9. @ 12:38pm

Astrotheology (as you describe) has been thoroughly debunked. There are many videos on YouTube that prove this. Watch one if you care to know the "truth". Sadly, I know you don't want to know.

  10. The beleif in Jesus Christ is not for everyone.

Remember, fully HALF Of all sentient beings must go into the lake of fire at the final judgement.

    There's a 50/50 chance that's YOU.

  11. Hell = House of El = the planet Saturn = numskull who doesn't take the time to research where his belief can from, how very sad.

At the solstice, the SUN/son goes down into 'hell' for three days and then rises again. A 3-day stories in the bible are solar myths.

How sad is it that so many people can learn so much truth but still must cling onto mythology? Truly heartbreaking to see good people get sucked into the sun cult of christianity. Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons, Muslims all have their delusion bubble, you have yours ....

"The Christian religion is a parody on the worship of the SUN, in which they put a man named Christ in the place of the SUN and pay him the adoration originally payed to the SUN." - Thomas Payne

Just be thankful that when you give your heart to the SUN/son now you do it figuratively! The Mayans did it old school LOL!

  12. Not wanting to get into a theological debate, you have to admit that the bibles prediction of a cashless society and that an individual mark that would be put on your forehead or arm that would allow you to buy and sell instead of using cash made absolutely zero sense at the time the prophecy was given. Back in the Roman times, there was no technology that would enable every human on the planet to be marked with their own indiviual number let alone any conceivable way to track these transactions in a cashless society that was almost 2,000 years away from the invention and wide use of the computer and computer networks. Just a lucky guess right? Also, another lucky guess that the world would have a one world money system and government? There are allot of "luck Guesses" in the bible that appear to be making more sense today.

  13. 3:51 how'd you come up with the 50/50 figure?

HAHAHA did your preacher will the greased back hair tell you that? The bible says only the very few make it to heaven.

Maybe he wanted to make the odds better for you before he tapped your wallet dry.

    Poor deluded saps.

  14. That is because the elite have had their hand in it. We in our vanity believe that we are the first modern society on Earth. That is not the case. This has all been done before.

Religion was given to us by the Elite to foster apathy and control. Works like a charm.

Underwater cities, relics clearly depicting modern devices such as planes, helicoptors, cities, all are proof they we are nothing more than the latest batch to get this far.

Not hard for the elite to predict things that have happened again and again.

  15. Study the Zodiac story and the bible side by side - exact match. The SUN on a cross of the Zodiac. So simple.

To the debunker fellow get a clue. It has been debunked about as well as 9/11. Duh. A trillion dollar enterprise which is religion will not go down easy. There are 1/5th of the world's deluded that will defend their solar savior to their last breath. No different than any other delusion. Like speaking truth to a Tom Cruise. Deluded minds, all the same. No stupid, not ignorant - deceived and deluded; there is a major difference.

  18. Just FYI nothing is ever said derogatory against the Jesus nuts until they start spouting off about the Jesus cartoon figure coming to their economic rescue.

If people want to share Jesus head on over to the Jimmy Swaggart forum.

This is a economic depression blog. No one here should be crazed enough to think they will be saved from suffering in the depression by a man riding a white horsey through the clouds to save them.

    IQs above 75 only please.

  20. Yes, humanism IS the answer. And no, Stalin, Hilter, and Mao were not humanists, LOL! Humans before blind faith (and murder).

  21. Face it folks...look around. Do you not see that main street USA is dead? Look at all the vacant strip mall shops, independent mom & pop stores all across America. Heck, even the strip mall in Washington (where the 4 police personnel were killed) had at least 3 rental units vacant, as the mall's street-side sign has blanks on it.

Our country shifted to being an economy driven by "Service Industries" and away from manufacturing durable, tangible goods. We can thank NAFTA and large money hungry corporations for that. The only people in this country that have done well with all of the importing of all the foreign junk "durable goods" into this country is all of the middlemen. The ports and the ships that handle the large land/sea containers are now crying bloody murder these days...because business is way, way down.

Has anyone thought about what will happen to America and of it's citizens if we default on all of that debt to China? Well, I have...and I truly believe that the debt will be paid by the surrendering our of land, property and civilians as "legal tender" or is that "legal tinder"?

  22. Religion has been a part of every major civilization in recorded history. I think man was CREATED on this earth by a superior intelligent life source. I can't prove this to be true. You can't prove it isn't. I'll keep going to Mass. REMEMBER: "DO NOT BE AFRAID" is in the Bible 350 times in one form or another. And, "PEACE BE WITH YOU". Not a bad thought.

  23. What we can prove is that nothing makes your relgion or faith any more true than any other faith or religion that *civilization created*. In fact, I would argue the religions before civilization had more meaning and connection to nature and the universe than all those after. But at least those in the east are more organic and wholistic.

  24. At what point will the hyperinflation chicken littles finally recognize that they had no idea what they were talking about?

They don't even appear to know what hyperinflation MEANS. The Fed would have to add trillions every month, and not loan out a few trillion in a year, all of which gets paid back within 90 days.

The graphic this post uses is one I designed to represent how the Fed is causing DEflation, not INflation. For example, by suddenly paying interest on excess reserves, in 2008 the Fed precipitated the removal of $1,200,000,000,000 from the US economy...almost exactly as much as it added with its "Quantitative Easing", which is why that "easing" had no real impact at all.
