  3. to me, the frightning aspect of videos like this one, is the increasing ammount of people saying the same thing. The only people that aren't stating the obviious, are the talking heads on TV MSM. If they only knew how stupid they sound.

All anyone has to do is look around his own town and see how bad things are. That's why the MSM has no credibility whatsoever.

  7. I lived in Malaysia, life goes on as usual. 90% of our economy is based on trade that is selling to US & Europe so why are our industry still humming along, I am a preppers but those around me think I am mad. The question is why is those in S.E Asia is functioning without missing a heart beat, why are there no mass demonstration in US or Europe if it is that bad since it is a democracy. China is a so called communist dictatorial tyranny but if even half the unemployment figure as reported in the press of US, the people would protest & fight on the street. Unlike Asia, US citizen are allowed guns ownership so why don't the unemployed attack the government office. Please help me understand.

  8. Governments are not much more than puppets. The only real change comes from the people. Cultural change in democracies though takes time, and the people are very much still trying to cling onto a disappearing world. People are opportunistic and believe in what they might want to see happen (stability, continuing economic growth). Most people do not understand the natural limits of the world. But the natural law has no mercy. We may not be very well prepared for facing the reality on this little ball in space, when its physical limititions quickly will become more and more obvious and affect the way we're able to operate. We're leaving the world of material abundance. We'd better like it, and with the attitude that we'd like to make the best out of it, I am hopeful that a better world very well may come out of this. Peace.

  10. This guy is a flake. Peak oil theory is for flakes. There is more oil on planet Earth than we know what to do with. Just go down to the Gulf of Mexico and look in the ocean.

  12. At least he talks about food price inflation. Nobody else has been. I have been posting for the last year about how prices keep jumping up and I don't understand why the mainstream media never says a word, not even the newspapers.

Early this year sugar went up about 30-35%. Yesterday it went up another 15%. The cheapest I can find it is 4 lbs. for $2.25 in Dollar General. Since sugar is used in almost everything we eat, get ready for another round of higher prices.

Customers are even leaving Walmart, so to make up for the losses, Walmart is raising its prices by about 6%. I go there every week and I see how their prices have been slowing rising anyway. Their customers have gone to Dollar General, which is expanding its food aisles. That's what we've been reduced to if we want to eat.
