Morgan Stanley Defaulted on a Loan and Walked away from Offices in Tokyo

A Morgan Stanley property fund failed to make $3.3 billion in debt payments by a deadline on Friday, handing over the keys to a central Tokyo office building to Blackstone (BX.N) and other in...

The $4.2 billion MSREF V real estate fund missed its April 15 deadline to repay 278 billion yen($3.3 billion) Investors, the largest repayment failure of its kind in Japan.

The refinanced debt was sold in six different tranches by Morgan Stanley to investors.

Now comes the question on WHY Morgan Stanley did this?

Common sense says they know something we do not or they can read the writing on the wall.  Tokyo is getting a major amount of radiation from the Fukushima melt down.  They have decided to walk away from their investments there.

I have read this morning (16th) that planes have been chartered with the elite getting out of Japan in a more hurried fashion than before.

Here is an article on how many of the banks have left Tokyo along with other major corporations and evacuated their top personnel.  It is being denied by those corporations, but with the latest news of Morgan Stanley walking away from an office building, I would wager a bet it is true.

  1. Why do they always default and bank closure on Fridays? Will Monday trading sell offs?

  4. But if Americans miss payments on student loans or their high interest rate mortgages, they are shamed and humiliated for not paying what they "owe."

    It's too bad the middle class in the US is so STUPID. The middle class won't hold the elite accountable and will only fight amongst themselves until they are destroyed.

    Thank you sheeple. Despite our best efforts we can't overcome your stupidity. If you're going to follow blindly, why can't you at least pick the people that actually care about you?

    Here is a question I would like answered if possible;
    3 biggest economies on earth, 1. military industrial complex 2. Oil 3. The "illegal drugs" trade.
    No3.... Has been estimated to be worth at least $2trillion pa, ok, so if at a whim the banksters can find and freeze countless dictators etc assets/money when told to...why can the trillions banked by supposed drug barons not be seized/frozen etc...could be the the elite control the trade? the illegalisation is an attempt to eliminate the competition?

    Under Taliban control Afghanistan's heroin production stopped, period, now under "UN...Rothschild" control it produces 84% of the worlds heroin!!!

    There's nearly 7bil of us out there, how many understand how we are having a enema unknowingly?
