Divide And Conquer: Are The Left And The Right In America About To Go To War With Each Other?

The American Dream

Every single day, America is becoming a little bit more divided. It is probably not a stretch to say that there could be more political hatred in this country today than at any time since the Civil War. In fact, there are some very disturbing signs that the very heated war of words between the two major political parties could soon spill over into very real violence in the streets. Instead of uniting and focusing on our real enemies and on our real problems, the left and the right in America seem ready to go to war with each other. The mainstream media and those that control both political parties love to play "divide and conquer", and in America today we are taught to pick one political "team" and to absolutely hate those on the other side.

How in the world are we all going to live together if we cannot get along? Instead of fighting with each other, we should be uniting and bringing awareness to such issues as the corruption of the Federal Reserve, the nightmarish police state that this country is turning into, and the disregard that our leaders have for the U.S. Constitution. America could be so much more than it is today. But instead, most of us have allowed ourselves to be trained to hate others based on what political party they belong to, what religion they belong to, what they look like or because of how much money they have. If we stay on the road that we are on, mark my words, this country is going to descend into absolute chaos. United we stand, divided we fall. It is your choice America.

  1. That the billionaire Koch brothers are behind the Tea Party should keep people's suspicions aroused. It's obviously not a war of left vs. right. That truly ended with the advent of Bush 1 and then Clinton. It's now a war of the rich against the rest of us and they're winning. Their strategy is to bring us as wage earners to our knees so that we become more pliable and ultimately obedient (Most of their strategy is based upon fear). The rich now pretty much own everything of value, including the means of disseminating information (in their case - propaganda). In actuality those of us with 'different' political views have much in common with each other and what we have in common is critical to our survival. At this point, our differences are truly irrelevant. Those who encourage continued conflict between the 'left' and the 'right' should not be trusted. We, ourselves, are not each other's enemies. The enemy are those who have and are continuing to swindle us of our remaining wealth, who are sending our children, husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, off to fight for the oil billionaires and who are amassing incredible, unbelievable fortunes at our expense. I sincerely believe people know in their hearts what needs to be done; but we are all up against a lot, much more than we realize. They will not quit their assaults on our welfare. Their motto, "We want it all and will do ANYTHING to get it", is no mirage or illusion. They will do anything and they are doing it. It's going to be a long, rough road, something most Americans simply aren't used to. One obvious, yet rarely discussed truth is that we really don't need these parasites - not at all. Believe that and you have taken the first step. Good luck to all!

  2. 12:23 PM, you are proof that the psy-ops, Rich versus Poor, mantra is working. Rethink your philosophy. You have the wrong enemy!

  3. nobody's sent to war. there's no draft going on. people choose to join and go. despite all the info on the way troops are treated after and during they join.

  4. What do you mean, about to go to war? We've been at war. I think it was Buffet who said "of course there is class warfare and my class is winning." The right is the champion of the rich and of big business. The left usually sticks up for the average person.

If you want to know why the country is in such deep shit, look at the comment from 1:37 who doesn't even understand there is a war and who thinks the rich are the wrong enemy. Of course the rich control our government and they also write the laws.

Then look at the comment from 4:18, who thinks you're talking about military conflict. That's because most people don't know how to read or understand the written word. All they know is what they hear on conservative talk radio (which means they know nothing).
