looking at past such actions by other countries one thing comes to mind, in N. korea when they did a revalue, one could exchange a set amount, anything over was poof, not exchanged, total loss. russia... and in today's world and america having cash on hand needing exchanged, say ten grand, is suspect-drug money, crime? and would open a hassle can of worms huh. wonder what the amounts able to be exchanged will be? 5 grand, 7, 3? another aim is cashless and making sure not much cash on hand but all transactions and savings accounted for, look at all the recent "pawning" laws aimed at tracking cash transactions, look at the push going on in euro to make sure none are tax evading through cash transactions and their recent laws imposed..broke countries do such things, gee, who else is broke? anyway not much exchanging of food stocks going on huh lol. cheaper now then later
