The announcement by the United Nations this week that it will license the minting of silver and gold bullion coins bearing the UN logo may be the button that launches metal prices into orbit.
In its wide-ranging report this fall, the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) stated that the system of currencies and international banking practices within today’s economies were inadequate, and responsible for the present economic crisis. The report advocates that the present monetary system, wherein the dollar acts as the global reserve currency be re-examined “with urgency”.

What is this really? A gold-plated tungsten slug with an RFID chip inside? ReplyDeleteThe Gold and Silver "UN" coin would get the entire world to start investing in sound currency like Gold and Silver. The world would gobble up these pieces seeing that they are backed NOT by a single country but by the United Nations.
People and Countries would be duped into buying these pieces without seeing the true intent. Once the NWO has eased you into buying “Global” Gold and Silver pieces the next logical step is a “Global” fiat system which will be an easy transition by that point.
I have to hand it to them they are very slick. Dangle a few UN Gold and Silver pieces in front of your face to sucker you in then drop the fiat on you once they have you.
I don't if this is going to happen.

ReplyDeleteThat’s why it more than ever important to understand the nature of money. That is why gold and silver are easy to use in this case, since they are commodities and products by itself. Holding a gold coin in your hand, why would you care if Germany or France or US collapses in front of your eyes? You can always exchange it for sufficient amount of food in any country. We were all told that NAFTA was introduced in the 90-s. Actually, since we live in a upside-down world, it ended in the 90-s. NAFTA worked while all countries on this continent used gold and silver coins for transactions. They bought and sold goods and that was NAFTA. Then came banks and a criminal institution called government and said-oh, these bastards trade and we don’t have anything from these trades. Governments imposed duties, banks introduced paper currencies and now every time exchanging currencies we have a spread in BUY and SELL prices that banks pocket for themselves.

Second of all, I don't see how it would become the world standard currency after the crash of of the economies. This means that all super-powers will be losing their powers and struggling to cope at home not around the world. It could always turn into a last ditch effort to sway the tide of power in some way, but I dont think it can affect "world enslavement" like others believe.
Of course that brands me an idiot and unaware, even though I just posed a logical argument about the nature of the subject but just happen to take a different perspective. Go figure there...
