Airport staff 'Exposed Woman's Breasts, Laughed'

A WOMAN is suing over an incident where airport staff allegedly pulled down her top and joked about her breasts in public view.
The 23-year-old traveller, from Amarillo, US, is suing the US Government for the emotional distressed she says the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents caused.

The woman says she was singled out for "extended search procedures" while preparing to board a plane to Amarillo in May 2008.
“As the TSA agent was frisking plaintiff, the agent pulled the plaintiff’s blouse completely down, exposing plaintiffs’ breasts to everyone in the area,” the lawsuit said.
“As would be expected, plaintiff was extremely embarrassed and humiliated.”
The lawsuit claims that other employees laughed and made jokes about the incident "for an extended period of time".
The distraught woman left the screening area to be consoled but when she re-entered the boarding area employees allegedly started joking about the matter.
"One male TSA employee expressed to the plaintiff that he wished he would have been there when she came through the first time and that 'he would just have to watch the video,'" the suit said.

  1. This is just the beginning of the TSA patdown issue. The more publilized the issue gets, the more people realize that they are not the only ones who've had problems with these bozos. America needs to start saying no to these unnecessary searches. We all know it's not about safety, but about control over every aspect of our lives. We can only hope that our do nothing representatives in Washington reign in these brown shirt Nazis, and stop these ridiculous searches. enough is enough.
I'm afraid if I saw an adult running their hand down the pants of my child, or any child, I would have to say something. Those idiots aren't making anything safe for anyone, and just conditioning everyone to the next stage of control. if we blindly accept these ridiculous searches, we deserve what we get.

  2. Weren't there any adults around who might have had a daughter her age? So she was 21 at the time? Assuming she looked her age and had good looks, it wouldn't be hard to mistake a 21 year old girl as a teenager. There isn't really much difference either. You're not physically and mentally developed fully into an adult until 25. You're only an adult legally. Some countries even have the age of consent, voting, and drinking to be 25.

If she had a cell phone in her hand texting or any other kind of typical behavior female youth have, why was there no older people that might have worked as security to step in? Where are the men?

The man we get to hear about in this story actually laughed at her and told her he was going to watch the video? That is a guy who never learned manhood. He had no father in his life obviously to smack him a bit if he degrades women like that.

When I was 12 I started puberty. I actually had the nerve to go around the classroom groping the girls I liked. They laughed because they were embarrassed and didn't really know how to react. When my father found out about that one I got beat so badly, forget the referral and detention. I was surpised he didn't say, "Cool son, that's what being a man is about." Wow I was stunned to find myself thrown against a wall and whipped with his belt. LOL.

It might seem funny, but that's what this is about really. Not the airline security in general, but this story is about America's pussification. That man, whatever his age was, was a pussy. He needs boot camp, or should have had a father to teach him right but he didn't. This is a pandemic as well, not an isolated incident.

MTV, VH1, porn, rap, strip joints, girls stripping on their little youtube videos or myspace pages, and girls spreading their legs to ugly, abusive, and drunken young men is the result of absent fathers. It goes both ways, these guys today are utter slobs. It's so nasty what the western world has become. We're getting worse than nations which have bad humanitarian records. At least, those we imagined ourselves to be better than.

I know how bad this little airport crap is. But to this there is a much worse problem that instigated and allowed this. If there were adults present, or MEN, the little idiots who were stripping her like that then laughing would have been stopped immediately. Were there really no mothers around who had college aged daughters or teen daughters that would have got pissed and demanded that be stopped? My sisters would have flipped.

What the fuck??? Enough said. It's not like I can express it any further, nor will it do any good.

  3. So what - boycott the airports. The TSA is not stronger than all of us together.

  4. The ionizing radation is a good enough reason to boycott alone. But the groping is outrageous!

We need some help from Israel about our airport security.

  5. I am lucky that that woman wasn't my wife or daugther and I was there because they would have tazed me because I would have kicked that assholes ass and as many of them pricks as I could. I just happen to be a black belt in a combative martial art. I'm not superman, or Bruce Lee but I could have surprised them. I sure am glad that I will NOT FLY. DON'T FLY ....

  6. DO NOT FLY

and call or email the Airlines and tell
    them you are not Flying.

  7. If you resist you will likely end up dead. The TSA will call the local police and those goons will taser and / or beat you to death if you don't immediately comply with their demands. We live in a police State and need to admit that truth before we can make any progress. "Law" Enforcement at all levels is the problem. The TSA is just a symptom of the larger problem.

We need to start dismantling the police state and take responsibility for our own safety if we ever want to be truly free.

Being a "Real Man" and mouthing off to the gestapo TSA will only get you killed. We need to pick our battles carefully.

  11. My wife's cousin is a TSA agent. I didnt know until just recently because he doesnt talk about it. I wonder why. I should have know he worked for TSA because he's a fat, lazy, irresponsible, alcoholic, obnoxious, conceited moron. Perhaps even a Sociopath. My wife agrees with me. We avoid him like the plague.

  13. It is about morals - 40% of our current population believe marriage between a man and a woman is some idealogical theme of the past and this is now!

People talk a big game; I got news for you people - talk is cheaper than sand and worth twice as less !

My extended family and I have drawn a line at our personal borders - our individula home states. I will never fly again; period. If anyone, ever engages any member of my family
within' my state in such a manner and not permitted by said person.

I will gladly shoot them dead

    And gladly suffer the consequences

Only when the majority draw this line will we take back was has been lost.

    ONLY THEN

  14. Well, it will not be long now that the war against terrorism has been profitably installed at the airports ,before it moves on to the trains and interstate buses for homeland defence.

But, you know these scanning machines can be expensive ,so on a practical note, ithink in most cases a human feel up and an explosive sniffer dog or two would be all thats required .

Thus many of the unemployed and other lazy dogs of america could get jobs as body searchers and sniffers.

I will not feel safe myself after reading all the stories about crutch bombers in the MSM and cannot wait untill full pat downs are available in every shopping mall on every entrance and exit.

Only moslems women and not regular Christians americans would object to a reguluar full body pat down before entering a shopping mall in order to save america from fear and the dead bin laden .

  15. I am more worried about what the ionizing radiation did to her breasts than her embarassment. The radiation alone makes me want to boycott.
