The FBI Is Assembling A Massive Database On Thousands of Americans

The FBI is assembling a massive database on thousands of Americans, many of whom have not been accused of any crime, the Washington Post's Dana Priest and William Arkin report. The reporters' latest look at the country's ballooning national security system focuses on the role that local agencies -- often staffed by people with little to no counter-terrorism training -- have played in combating terrorism since 2001.
Here are five striking revelations in their piece:
1. The FBI's Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting Initiative, or SAR, currently contains 161,948 suspicious activity files, into which authorities can put information they've gathered about the people at the center of the files: employment history, financial documents, phone numbers, photos. In many cases, the people in the files have not been accused of any crime but have attracted the suspicions of a local cop, FBI agent or even fellow citizen. The files have led to five arrests but no convictions, the FBI says. Some of the files are unclassified so that local police agencies and even businesses can submit reports on anyone they deem suspicious.

2. The Department of Homeland Security does not know how much it spends in funding state fusion centers, which synthesize security information from all state agencies and feed information to SAR. But since 2001, the department has doled out $31 billion to states and localities for domestic security initiatives.

"Don't you see that the whole aim of XXXXXX is to narrow the range of thought?... Has it ever occurred to you, fellow American citizen that by the year 2050, at the very latest, not a single human being will be alive who could understand such a conversation as we are having now?... The whole climate of thought will be different. In fact, there will be no thought, as we understand it now. Orthodoxy means not thinking—not needing to think. Orthodoxy is unconsciousness."

    Fucking amazing book.

  4. Another foreign observer says:
Collecting the data on controling debt peons?

Americans have morphed into unproductive weak kneed jellyfish services workers, now mentally unstable and unable to grasp reality, after being fed for years on a diet of genetically modified foods and corn syrup based “classic” and “ high caffeine” cokes and made mindless from watching endless re-runs of Dancing with the Stars” “Survivor” “American Idol” and by voting in other monopoly celebrity actor and political elections Messiah ‘news” shows .

Their important cultural opinions (and they all have at least one) vary from day to day dependent on who the most popular celebrity story teller is, say the choice between a black face actor or Lady Gaga in the “show and tell” or don’t ask don’t tell military problem in the homeland “Security” department , Or whether they themselves should be forced to play “show and tell” and flash jellyfish bodies and sex in x ray exposures at airports in order to patriotically “save America from terrorists”.

The American dream previously based on available hard work has turned into hopes for a Lotto win to save the couch potatoes and their houses from debts.

Their economy is an insolvent Ponzi after allowing private Central Bankers to create money as debt and pass it over to their fellow banksters free for use in unrestrained fractional reserve mortgage lending fraud ,and then sold on as AAA bond debts.

They allow their small ruling elites who own the vast bulk of the wealth through “corporate persons” to control their elections in order get away with anything even a banksters financial coup as long as they are told its all “constitutional” kosher and are told it will save their consumers lifestyles.

The future doesn’t look bright for mindless jellyfish ,actually convinced even when they are unemployed and living on food stamps given to buy their corn syrup based diet with up-sized French fries ,that they are contented American cows living in the best country in the world with the best possible wars for sexual freedom of people in other countries and the best economic freedom system for the richand those on food stamps .
    Perhaps it’s the food ?

‘That what you eat today walks and talks and farts tomorrow as sacred "fredom of speech" ,as American life itself?

  5. The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He will drive out your enemy before you, saying, 'Destroy him!'

We are in good hands my friends. This unfolding drama is too big for us but to the Lord it's a little pimple to be popped.

  6. Hey fusion center, this morning I unleashed a bio attack on the local sewer. Real smelly, it was medium brown and loaded with corn. Just letting you know. I expect to dump another load this evening. I'm thinking Taco Bell so it may be a liquid attack.
