UPDATE: The Department of Homeland Security is also looking for a vendor that can supply “various fuels in support of disaster relief.”
DHS specifically cites the states that it will be needed in. North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida. That’s right, the Gulf of Mexico.
FEMA is also looking for Hydration Supplies for a disaster in the New Madrid Fault System just as they are looking for food, blankets, and underwater body bags.

ReplyDeleteIt reminds me of a cartoon I saw. It showed two pilots with parachutes on walking down the aisle of a jetliner heading towards the door in the back. They had their hands in their pockets kinda shuffling along looking at the ceiling while whistling trying to act nonchalant. The passengers were looking up and down ther aisles suspiciously. My simple question is if we didn't need 140 million food packets last week, last month, last year, what has changed? If it were just a matter of FEMA doing what it should be doing I would guess 2 maybe 3 million packets of food would be a good start. But 140 million packets????

America was running only credit not wealth creation.

When the ponzi finally exploded with an inability to pay its promised dividends and interest debts as Ponzis do, game over , there was nothing left for the elite to do but commence looting the remaining savings and assets of the middle class before moving on with their capital to more productive and lucrative international fields of investment .
If Americans are lucky, once they are retrained and disciplined by third world levels of wages and unemployment that march their real labor productivity levels ,the Elite may even deem to invest some of their capital back in America with the same promises they make in the third world of “development”.
Right now the banksters are not passing out much credit as they conserve their cash for the last buy up of cheap assets.
