The purpose of this "tax cut" was to destroy Social Security. This will give the Democrats the opportunity to "save" it by raising taxes AND to then use Social Security as a social engineering tool to buy votes. This is a classic Marxist/Socialist ploy to crash the system so it can be remade in a socialist mould.
