Largest Commercial Lender in U.S to go BANKRUPT

Capmark Financial Group Inc., one of the nation's largest commercial-real-estate lenders, plans to file for bankruptcy as soon as this weekend, a person familiar with the situation said.

The much-expected move underscores the deep problems in the business-property market. After suffering from the collapse in residential mortgages, U.S. banks face steep losses from commercial real-estate loans.

  1. >> Wallstreet Greed is Good

Wow, this tool actually thinks Wallstreet produces something. Other than destruction, I'm not sure what they've produced for the benefit of anyone but themselves. Hang 'em all.

  2. Yea the mantra 'Greed is good' is the wall street motto.

I was told 'Gimme got you here' by one wall street disciple. I said 'what do you mean by that?' he said 'your dad told your mom, GIMME DAT P****' I said wow you people are a bunch of animals.

  3. I hope it crashes hard so I can get MYSELF a commercial property and get an LLC. We are here, waiting, with cash. Looks like the big dogs might fall so we can take over. That's how it should have happened with banks. Had cash waiting for that crash and got F'ed. Its alot easier to open a business when the property is paid for. Rent is so far more expensive than property taxes around here.

  4. No sense in hanging them, the damage is already done. The world as we know it is about to change.

  5. Been reading about the commercial property failure coming and most likely will be even worse than the housing crash. This might be the beginning of the commerical market failure...in the community I am at many commerial buildings sit idle and empty. Wonder if anyone will turn them into day care for the homeless?

  6. 5:22 don't wait with cash. Buy silver. Then wait. Cash will go up in flames sideways.

  7. Hey 2:44. I bought silver in Dec 08. I hid in inside my walls. Cut squares in closet drywall and put silver inside. Put square back, plaster, sand, and paint. Nice and hidden.

  8. 2:44 How long do you guess until a cash crash?

  9. 2:44......many are saying within the next two years, not overnight. Odds are not that good of a bank holiday, then wake up and BAM 2 for 1 type of deal...they would rather do it slowly so the sheeple don't wise up, then bigtime inflation will hit, maybe another false flag? This will drive oil thru the roof and the dollar will tumble big time

Buy silver and gold, since it's the only money they use, but get some preps in line first

  10. 9:39 - The only way it will be detectable is if they decide to confiscate precious metals and find out through sales records you have some. If they come to get it they will most likely bring metal detectors with them. And infra-red helicopters can detect metal through your roof. Trust me, I know. So keep a low profile with it. At least it will be safe from thieves.

  11. 7:18 is correct, but silver/gold is still the way to go. Also, be aware that in a hot house fire silver and gold can melt. An old frig is a good storage medium. In steel ammo box or the like.

Low in the house, meaning fire goes up.

If it gets so far that they are making house to house searches for PMs or guns it is stand your ground time and/or the end of freedom to own anything anyway.

Also, if you have property, put your PMs where metal is already at - ie, under an engine block etc - get creative.

In any case, even if you put your PMs in the center of your living room table with a big sign on top that says steal me you are still way ahead of keeping money or PMs at a bank.

  12. Another good rule of thumb is not to put all your eggs in one basket, spread your storage around.

Most of all, swallow your pride and stfu about what you are doing. People have a tendency to want to peacock about what they own. If you are that type, forget about physically held PMs.

  13. Highly doubt confiscation will happen 7:18

What the sheeple hold would not even be a blip compared to what it could pay off in respect to the debt we have racked up. Too much work going door to door, I would be more worried that it could be stole from your house when the SHTF and your neighbor is looking for something to eat, or something of value that he can use to buy something to eat. If you see the neighbors wife turning tricks and she is missing her front teeth, that is when you will know it's really, really bad. Now, if you are a giggalo, then you are in luck

  14. Yep - the #1 perp with be your neighbors and friends. Anyone that has been in your home. Wireless cameras are cheap nowadays. Won't stop anyone but at least you know who/where to go to retrieve your stuff.
