Student Education Loans To Be Nationalized

(CNSNews.com) – A bill currently before the Senate would empower the Obama administration to nationalize the student lending industry, eliminating the federally subsidized private loans millions of university students rely on to finance their educations.

FFEL loans are federally subsidized and make up approximately 80 percent of the student lending industry.

  1. And this would lead to lower tuition; sounds like a great idea to me. 'Higher' education is inundated with charlatans and needs a purge; this is a good step in that direction.

  2. And lower tuition would keep young couples just out of college, and thousands deep in debt from student loans, off HGTV "House Hunters" where they go off looking in Seattle for a half-million dollar townhouse to buy. (This was a true episode recently).

  3. HHmmmm seems like things ain't looking too good for Barry Obama right about now. I'm seeing so much strong anger with this administration all over the place, he has just about zero popular support now and doesn't seem to give a flying pudruck about the people.

  4. Obama will just get mad and he'll just show us what we need. We are just too stupid to know what is good for us. After all he was a community organizer and he knows about organizing crime you know.

loans, loans, loans to the banksters and unlike Cappone no tax problems but bonuses galore and nobody goes to jail
Unlike even Chicago in the old days

Americans love this "free" enterprise for business stuff.
But most are now having trouble hitching a ride on the gravy trainand whining.
