Very small businesses with <5 employees are in the same boat as the average Joe. Screwed by regulation, taxes, licensing for everything.
ReplyDeleteJust one example of large corporations screwing the little guys was the BS about small gas station owners having to pay an avg of $80k to have their gas storage units reworked per the EPA. The little guys couldn't afford it and had to sell out.
The EPA was operating as the thugs for the oil companies takeover of the independent stations. Same way the FDA are thugs for the pharms.
